These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wyse app ("Service") operated by Aarushi Jasani ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Wyse, you agree to these Terms.
Wyse is an AI-powered personal finance application that helps users track spending, manage budgets, and receive financial insights. The Service is available to US residents aged 18 and older.
Important: Wyse is not a licensed financial advisor. All AI-generated insights, recommendations, and analysis provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute licensed financial advice. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any financial decisions.
Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
Subscription: After the trial, the Service costs $15.00 per month, billed monthly.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Wyse uses Plaid to connect to your bank accounts. This connection is read-only — we can never move money, make transactions, or access your banking credentials. You may disconnect your bank accounts at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights or third-party financial data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any financial decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
